The 7th Annual Kincardine Festival and Highland Games were held in Victoria Park from Friday, June 30 to Sunday, July 2006. Ontario Commissioner Wendy Ross travelled from St. Catharines with her banner and other materials to serve in the tent of the Clan Ross Association of Canada. We are grateful to Shirley Ross, a Secretary and Coordinator of the Kincardine Scottish Festival during the past four years, for sending the following pictures:
