On Saturday morning, after a good sleep, we thoroughly enjoyed your breakfast specialties and particularly appreciated your attention to our dietary requirements. We noticed that Betty had a "special apple for the teacher" from someone who must have appreciated her work in the classroom. Pat just cannot resist sampling home-made preserves wherever we travel, and she is currently enjoying those which she brought home with her. We enjoyed meeting both of you, and we were disappointed to learn that you were already booked a year in advance for Friday, July 15. [Fortunately, we did locate another interesting B&B in Orillia, and we'll be able to sample more of the town's hospitality when we return to march again at the 28th Orillia Scottish Festival.]
